    anyone from oxfordshire or anybody who knows of any panic groups in oxfordshire

    looking for friends who also suffer so i can chat and relate to local people, also would like to know if their are any groups local to me who specialise in panic attacks anxiety etc.... thanks and kind regards

    If you contact the charity No Panic (www.nopanic.org.uk) they hold a list of support groups around the country.
