CBT Today

After a very long wait, I've finally got my cbt appointment this afternoon

And it couldn't come at a better time, as feeling so low today. As mentioned before my mum and I have a very rocky relationship. And last night she left one of those manipulative guilt tripping voicemails on my phone. And I stupidly rang back and stuck up for myself, but ended up getting in a heated argument before slamming the phone down. Now I feel absoulty stupid as I shd of just ignored the message and carried on.

Didn't sleep very well and feel so knackered today!!

Good luck with the CBT, it has really helped with my anxiety.

CBT Went ok very overwhelming and couldn't sleep at all. And today feel shattered like my head is gunna switch off or burst with the amount of stress

It was good to get things out in the open but rele hard to talk about it xxx
