After a very long wait, I've finally got my cbt appointment this afternoon

And it couldn't come at a better time, as feeling so low today. As mentioned before my mum and I have a very rocky relationship. And last night she left one of those manipulative guilt tripping voicemails on my phone. And I stupidly rang back and stuck up for myself, but ended up getting in a heated argument before slamming the phone down. Now I feel absoulty stupid as I shd of just ignored the message and carried on.

Didn't sleep very well and feel so knackered today!!

Hi Sop, it's good that you have the CBT appt to look forward to. Sometimes it's really hard to avoid getting dragged into things involving other people but maybe you'll remember how this felt next time and be better able to resist.
