Me again, pain in left hip

Have had a pain in my left hip for about a week, does anyone think it could be cause I sleep on my right side and always lay on my right side on the couch, as I read and study in that position (dont ask lol) with my left side twisted ? Funny how its always in my left side that I get these pains
