HI I am Julie (prefer Jules. I am 37 years old and have two gorgeous boys, who are hard work but lovely.
I suffer with depression, stress and anxiety, low self esteem and low confidence.
I am currently on citalopram to try and help this and have seen various counsellors who haven't really helped me.
I am an animal lover and trust them more than people..people always seem to let me down and kick me in the teeth.
I look forward to getting to know some of you.
