Burning and aching arms

At the end of last week i felt this odd burning patch in my left forearm. Of course straight away I thought it was my heart.

It happened a couple of times and then over the weekend I got an aching pain in both forearms.

It isn't getting better and it is making me feel a but sickly.

Can anyone offer a suggestion or have had anything similar?

Hi,
when my anxiety & fatigue were at their worst my forearms & knees to ankles would feel weak & like an irritated nerve sensation. Then my arms would progress to an intense burning & aching. For me it was all fear & anxiety, when I got over the anxiety this symptom disappeared. As I'm sure you know, worrying about it will only cause the adrenaline to flow which will prolong the aching & burning sensations. Just accept it & don't fear it & it will ease.
