Hi everyone

I joined a while back but wanted to start afresh with a new account since its been some time. I mainly lurk anyway but hoping this time around I have the courage to post more and be part of the community. A bit about me, I am 35, female and live in the UK. I suffer from social anxiety and depression. Things have been bad lately and I am hardly leaving the house due to the way I am feeling. Feeling quite lost and alone at present. I am glad I have made the step and re-joined and hope to post more. Thanks for reading.
