Penpal with person who's partner suffers from PTSD

Hi,

I'm looking for a penpal (email / snail) who's partner suffers from PTSD, as mine does. I'm male (my partner is female) / 34 and from Yorkshire. I know this can be difficult since one of the major things with PTSD can be paranoia.

I have PTSD, with the associated paranoia, but would like to get past that enough so that I can help my partner connect with someoneone else who is dealing with the difficult task of living with and being in a relationship with someone with PTSD. There are so few people out there to talk to about the rigors of dealing withn all the crap that comes with being involved with someone with PTSD. Perhaps the internet would be an acceptable, safe place to try. Harry
