Hello,well i thought id be brave and post an entry onto this site. I have anxiety/depression/insomnia and am at my wits end with it. I am worried i will lose my job as i have been signed off since the end of November. I feel worse every day,i worry about everything and anything,it is crippling me. I never relax. I am doing CBT and am on Mirazapine but nothing seems to help much. I am worried i will lose everything,my job,living arrangements due to this anxiety. I somehow managed to get into work on Monday for a couple of hours and everyone(including my CBT counsiller)thinks i am getting better but the reality is very different. I try to get up early and do tasks,i also go to a support group on Thursday. I have been on many different anti-depressants to no use. In my mind i feel like i have given getting better and am very scared about the future.
