dunno wether to do 2 weeks or 1 week at 30mg....

doesn't it take 4 weeks to have full effect? I'd say two.

been a month an not much diference?..

getting headaches and bright light not good..

week of 30mg then 20mg then 10mg then 4 days of 2x 10mg broken in half.. been 3 days no meds...................

worried... its all gone come crashing down and i not like whom i was before i took them..

You ve done it too quickly . It will take you anything up to around the 6-8 week mark to adjust to not having the extra serotonin absorbed .tHATS FROM THE DATE YOU HAD THE LAST PILL .The discontinuation effects you are currently experiencing will go .But its pretty common to have a low mood or irritability for a while .Once your brain starts to function with out the drug for a while it should even out .Get plenty of excercise and eat a healthy diet ,plenty of sleep .It will improve your mood .Im sure with time you will be ok . .T/c Sue x

headaches getting worse.... falling asleep by 10pm... minds running thousand mph.. struggling with speech.. and getting confused with stuff......
