I'm a very lonely 34yr old lady and would love to correspond with others who have severe sa and dep probs. I can't work because my probs are so severe and I'm under a psychiatrist. I'm currently having cbt and am hopefully being allocated a support worker soon.

Hi there, sorry to read your post....Im up with palps and anxiety after a panic attack at work. Its awful when you feel alone and have to deal with feelings in your own head.
