Hey i am sat here in near panic, just wondering if anyone could help me i keep headaches around my head mainly around the back n near my temples at the front they normally last bout 10 to 15 mins but after they go i left with like a dull pain on the top of my head its doesent hurt but it like a really mild headache. Has anybody suffered with this problem?

it sounds to me like a tension headache. yeah i get them all the time also. Just when I think that the pain is unbearable, it eases, and I have the dull pain. I find that a hot compress helps a ton.

hi there, i suffer from tension headaches every day for the last 2 years....sometimes it does ease but its something that i accept now but it isnt nice..so ur not alone. relaxation helps me.

I have, I had stabbing, shooting pains through the top of mine. Scary but I beleive its just tension. If your worried go and see your gp xx
HEY. THANKS 4 EVERY1 REPLYIN . I'VE BEEN TO THE GP N SHE SAID ITS STRESS HEADACHES N TENISON BUT WORRIED THAT THE FEELIN ITS GOIN ON.
