im a believer in complmentary therapies especially crystal healing which has helpedme no end.
just wondered if any of you think the same?

Yeah I had a crystal healing session along with reiki. It really helped me to feel chilled out. I find I need a top-up every few weeks to keep the anxiety at bay.
