I've got a question about CBT, i've been reading about it on the site and i'd like to try it.
can anyone tell me if the NHS does it and if not how much do sessions cost? and also is it easy to find a therapist if you live in a bit of an out of the way place?

Therapy

You have to be referred on NHS for it by a doctor. If you go private then see that web page for links on trained therapists.
My sessions cost £95 for 50 minutes.
