This isn't normal is it? My Tonsils are like this all the time! They could be responsible for my Swallowing and Pain???

The person to tell you if your tonsils are ok or not is the person you have already seen, the ENT specialist.

He didn't seem interested in the Tonsils, I keep telling my GP about them but they seem to think they are ok, Yeah right! They could be causing my shortness of breath as well, My dentist already thinks that they aren't right and could be causing me to have Sleep Apnea.

The same dentist that can't diagnose a common condition from an X-ray?

If there was anything suspicious about your tonsils the ENT specialist would have spotted it straight away and I very much doubt if they would be causing shortness of breath.

I think your dentist should stick to dentistry.

Different senior dentist said about my tonsils and Sleep Apnea though.

Immaterial Eggy..ENT registrar/consultant is qualified and has expertise in these matters..your dentist, no matter how senior, doesn't.

Have you been diagnosed with sleep Apnoea?
