HI everyone, I'm new and having success with cbt

Hi My name is Dave and I have been doing cbt and having a lot of success with the TEA form exercise and hoping to connect with others here who are using these methods and have had success with them for a longer period of time and gain from their knowledge and experience.

    I know what you mean!
I originally wanted a pill that cured everything but slowly learned that some pills help but were never likely to cure my probs. I am hopeful that cbt will be lasting relief and sent replies to some people on the triumph board that used cbt to success to hear how they are doing now years down the road? I have not heard back yet but will let you know when I do

i am waiting for CBT to start, the doctor has referred me so now its just a case of waiting! reading up on other peoples experiences has made me feel quite positive about it as before i started browsing around this website i was adamant that nobody could change how i think about things lol but i will give anything a try at the moment!
