Best time to take meds?

Hi

I am going to give my Sertraline med a go and was looking for any thoughts of when is the best time of day to take the tablet, Starting off with half a 50mg tab due to my obsession / fear with side effects,

take them with food, either day or night, sertraline isnt especially sedative so I would say take them morning

I agree with frankie with the food and trying in morning first, however everyone reacts differently to meds.

I used to take in morn but made me sleepy after a few hours (even though its not a sedating type in general) so I take it at night now and it helps me sleep.

Take with food if pos or a glass of milk I found if I cant eat.
