Can anybody help. I have been on 10mg valium for 6 years, Have spent the last 6 months gradually cutting down. I would feel awful for a few days, then level out
Two weeks ago decided to cut down from 1mg to 0.5, and I have never felt so ill, the symptoms just wont go, its continuous 24 hours a day.
I really dont understand why i coped with the dosage decrease from 10mg to 1mg, but this last cut of 0.5mg has been horrendous and the need to up my dose is getting stronger by the day, which i know i will regret as I want to get this poison out of my system once and for all.
Any help with this would be so appreciated
