It will pass , stick with it
Is it worth changing the time of day in which I take them so in the morning maybe? instead of the evening? xx
Yeah, I feel like that sometimes.
Also, yes, you can change the time you take it - whatever you feel works for you better. So, yeah, if you feel really tired during the day after you take it, try taking it at night so you sleep through that phase.
I've said it once, I've said it twice, I've said it a thousand f-ing times, that I'm okay, that I'm fine, that it's all just in my mind.
And this has got the best of me, and I can't seem to sleep. It never ends.
The problem is I do take it in the day? Feel so exhausted, rele want to have a natural nights sleep :( I dnt wanna take sleeping tabs xx
I take mine in the evening with dinner
hi,
i'm back on cit for the second time in a year (should have stayed on the 1st time, but that's another story .... )
anyway, i've gone from 20 to 40 a day both times and felt exactly the same as you've described both times.... last time i was taking mine late evening and found the tiredness helped sort my sleep out as well and the side-effects tended to have worn off by the morning and that was better for me. this time i was originally taking them in the morning as I though I would get a better 'experience' for taking them at the start of the day - but all i felt was tired and couldn't face anything during the day, so swapped back to the evening and things are getting better - took about 8 days last time to fully get over though and 5 days in this time, i'm still a bit 'drowsy' during the day
stick with them - i'm sure it will pass for you
best wishes
