I'm Pip's I suffer from General Anxiety and Panic Attacks I have been a sufferer for two years now and things don't get any easier! [}] I try to take one day at a time. I would love to hear from anyone. [?]

We have only just got a computer so this is all new to me. There is so much to learn! I have attended a course on Anxiety, but unfortunately was not much use the tutor just kept reiterating the symptons. He did't give much advice on dealing with them though! I am a member of No Panic also and thinking about doing the telephone recovery programe. To nervous as yet! PippaXX
