Personally I wouldn't to be honest as you may have absorbed some of it though it is possible you didn't but taking another one could mean you are taking a higher dose that you need if that makes sense

A tablet is usually fully obsorbed by ur body within 20-30 minutes (unless its a slow release form)....so you may have obsorbed some of it,but not all.....Personally i wouldn't take another one unless my doctor or nurse advised me to do so....

No. Don't take more than one a day.
I've said it once, I've said it twice, I've said it a thousand f-ing times, that I'm okay, that I'm fine, that it's all just in my mind.
And this has got the best of me, and I can't seem to sleep. It never ends.
