    the kindness of strangers

a little offshoot from Yvonnes gratitude thread.........thank you Yvonne
have started a diary and put in each night something I am grateful for ......hard when tummy churning as we know.
got me pondering on the people who helped me ......I didnt know their name .

the lady at train station who stopped and asked are you ok?

the mum and daughter who stopped when I was sat on stairs in museum quaking and took me for a cup of tea

the nurse who held my hand in A and E

The work colleague who I didnt really know .........got my diary out my bag and called my husband and held me close while I had melt down .

the kindness of all these people I never said thank you too
    xx
