Excellent news, congrats! Hold on to that thought!

I am still in the woods after my dose change but... maybe a wee bit better now. I figured out that giving myself something positive to stress about is helpful e.g. having a bunch of friends over for a cookout

I then regretted coming off them so soon, so I restarted yesterday. A lot of people on here recommend staying on them for at least a year, but you can see what your doctor says.

If you've had a cold or flu lately, then that could explain why you feel more anxious - these illnesses can really take it out of you.
Think the illness definitely took it out of me as I got back on a even keel after a couple of days.

Spoke with doctor last week and she recommended taking a tablet every other day for a week and then going to one tablet every three days and then going back to see her. Done a week so far and haven't really noticed any difference. I've also started taking vitamin B12 and B complex as I read that they help with anxiety/depression and I've upped my exercise too. So far so good!

Things are finally settling down - now that I'm back on 20mg.

    My sex drive is nil.
It's the Citalopram, can't be arsed with sex, but my girlfriend is starting to crack up, understandable as I've been like this for about a year.

Any suggestions for solving this problem? My GP has already given me cialis and the like.
    They're not very good.

    UPDATE

I've been on 15mg Mitazipine for the past ten days, and 15mg to 10mg Citalopram.
I have been told to do this by my Psychiatrist, as the Mirt is supposed to ease the reduction of the Citalopram.

I've been feeling OK so far, but I have a banging head today
