hi guys srry to post again but i have a question ive had anxiety going on 3 yrs but for the last 7 months almost 8 ive had symptoms daily mainly being lightheaded motion feeling and vision and head stuff etc my question is can one anxiety symptom stay that long and almost 24/7 its really freaking me out iam thinkiing tumor i had eyes testedoptic nerve good i had 2 neuro test passed both of them i just want to know and what can i do to make these symptoms go away and advice plz and thank you all....

I feel lighheaded everyday ! I had it for nearly a year , started out I had a sinus infection , i think thats never fully gone away , but that triggered my anxiety again after it being hidden for 7 years ! I feel like when Im walking im going to fall face first to the ground :(

i hate these symptoms exspecially the moving swaying feeling could it be more than anxiety....thank u
