Propranolol

Hi

My Doc and CPN want me to take propranolol for the next 2 weeks and keep a diary of my panic attacks and anxiety levels.
I have been offered slow release capsules or 10mg tablets to be taken 4 times a day.
Does anyone have any thoughts on which is best and has anyone had success with them?

i did take propanolol for a while and found them very helpful with the ectopic beats and i suppose took the sting of the panic. i liked them because they had no side effects for me and i would reccomend them for anyone who has these symptoms
