just been to the docs and my blood results are all FINE this is a real stop forward for me. it was only last night i thought the doc was goin to ring me up conferming my worst nightmare! i bet you can all guess what it is without me saying the word.. i now feel like i can move forward and except that i have anxiety and fingers crossed get rid of it forever my symptoms are still here but knowing ive had a test thats 100% acurate im sure soon my anxiety levels will go down. id like to say im on the road to recovery and although i havent sufferd with anxiety for a really long time im here for anyone that needs a little advice chin up folks it will get better xx

yep time to ralax.. im going to be stern with myself from now on .. no more needless worrying.. iv got a head ache as we speak though but its not worrying me i think iv got it because iv been worrying all day up untill i went to docs for my results .. huffff ..
