Hi there, ive cut alcohol right down as I'm suffering from GAD and I do eat fruit and veg. I drink lots of water well more water and only have decaff coffee at the most twice a day, but thank you for your reply

Probably a fissure then, rather than piles. Piles usually respond well to diet and lifestyle changes. Get a rectal exam done by a GP and if that doesn't satisfy you get a colonoscopy - it's the only thing that stopped my obssession.
