Mirtazipine dosage

I have been on 15mg since Christmas. Initially, it lightened up my mood no end, but the last few wekks, gone back to feeling very anxious and low. The day long tiredness too is no fun.

Should I be going upto 30mg? The dr has prescribed 30mg. I am a bit scared of the side effects, espiacally the day long drowsiness

In my experience the drowsiness doesn't get any worse with the increase in dose. If it becomes a problem, go back to your GP
