    tight skin and feeling unmoveable!! is this normal please help

    hi
    help desperatly needed please.

    is this a syptom?

    i feel lik my whole body skin etc is tight and stiff like f i move i might smash lol
    (laughing coscant believe i dscribe it like that)

    my face and head feel like im being tightned from behind and giving me headaache in back of head,
    also when trying or falling to sleep or still my body feels like im not able to move. if i close my eyes feel like im not in my body!!
    feel tired always must had but m not sleeping wel xx

    its a strange mixture of tight unmoveable body.

    like my mind doesnt want me to move and im going to freeze permantley?
    hope some one can help

    I suffer with very dry skin & unless I use a decent emolient, my face feels exactly the same.
    Have you tried a cream?
