I have notice i'm double checking things like if someone needs my number i double check or forget...... what my number is.
and thoughts come in to my head like did i live the back door open and this could happen sometimes where i would keep checking......the door etc....
same with spelling i have to think how to spell some words when normal i would be spelling with out thinking.....
can that be related to anxiety as it does scare me because i think something is wrong and something health wise is causing it i do have health anxiety and i sleep more than usual........
Is that normal????
