Hello, I am a 22 year old male and I've had what feel like lumps under both of my nipples for many years now. The one under my left nipple feels more "pronounced", as it is easier to feel, but I can feel a similar sort of lump under the right one as well. As far as I can remember, I have had these lumps for quite a long time (I can definitely remember noticing them in the past), probably over 3 or 4 years, and as far as I am aware I have not suffered from any other symptoms because of them.
I've seen that these sorts of lumps can be benign, but obviously I am still worried that it may be cancerous. Can anyone tell me whether having something like this for over 4 years with no other visible cancer symptoms rules it out in this situation?
