i want to say a big thank you to a few people on here that have helped me through some very tough times in my anxiety life.

im chosing to leave for a while now as i feel like im getting better but every time i come on here it can make me feel worse.

hope i can come back one day and be able to help without working myself up.

good luck to you all and hope you all find peace without anxiety.

BUt to some of you get a grip stop bitching and remember that you were where so many of us are today before

Glad to hear you're feeling better I think it's true that hanging around on here too long makes things worse, many people have said it. It's useful in times of crisis but it's good to sort of forget about anxiety for a while once you start feeling better
