On day 5 of 7 day pill break and no period yet

My last pill was Friday and I'm due to start taking them again on Saturday and I still haven't had a breakthrough bleed
I run them back to back and my last break was probably the back end of last year.
I very much doubt I'm pregnant, the last time I had sex was September and after that I even did a pregnancy test because I get all anxious that I am pregnant and give myself all the signs and symptoms, but it was negative.

I would normally have started by now, it's usually bang on halfway through the break usually day 4 or so that I get it, but nothing. Probably more discharge than usual but that's it.

I have been under alot of stress recently, could that be a factor? I know that can stop normal periods, but I know the periods you get on the pill are only synthetic, as it were.

I'm now terrified I am pregnant and about 6 months gone, mad I know but my minds running away with crazy thoughts.

When I was on the pill, I found that my breakthrough bleeds would alter - although most of the time they happened on day 4, it could go later than that with no particular reason.

Thanks, if I don't get it I see my doc on Friday anyway but I've just started getting some light cramps, so fingers crossed everything will be fine and then I can relax!
