Some doc in Scandinavia I think it was has found in a small study over 10 or so years that eating a small amount (typically 10g) of high cocoa chocolate (min 70%) resulted in improvements in cardio vascular health. I believe that they are now doing a larger study in this country. Heard it on the radio last week. Others may know more about this.
