Re: PMT & IBS & Anxiety

Yep, I'm doing pretty well with my anxiety at the moment but it's the week before my period is due and I have pain in my right side (like stitch) which I presume is IBS brought on by PMT and now I've started to worry that the pain in my side may be something else!! I've had a stern word with myself and think I'm back on track but yes PMT defo brings on IBS which then makes the anxiety worse!!!
I've not been too bad this month but when my HA has been bad really I suffered for at least 10 days before period was due!!
