    Is this normal??

After a few days of serious stress, money worries, no food to feed the kids ect we have today now got sorted, i think, just about so i feel like a weight has been lifted but i also feel a little uneasy.

Is it normal to feel uneasy after such an amount of stress?

I didnt expect to feel uneasy once thing sare sorted and i didnt fee uneasy or anxious while i was going through the stressful days but i do now the stress is sorted out! does that make sense?!

    Hiya Jen x
I think while the adrenaline keeps us stressed out, when things calm down, we are so mentally and physically exhausted that we feel unsteady and uneasy for a few days afterwards. Stress wears us out. Its normal, and you will feel fine in a few days Im sure, rest up and try to relax. X

    Hi jen

Yes, it does make sense, as I think when we're really stressed out, the adrenaline keeps us going, but when the situation calms down, the adrenaline doesn't, which leaves us constantly looking over our shoulders and waiting for the next pile of poo to hit us.
