Girls can ibs pain feel like periods cramps?

Can it? My recent Anziety has kicked off my ibs and it's in all different parts but also like period cramps?

Am I alone here

no your not alone, my anxiety had made by ibs worse got pains all over and yes pains like period pains too x

I have also had IBS feel like period pains. A lot of people find that their IBS is worse around their periods anyway, as of course the two areas affected are pretty close together.

I get IBS pains that feel like period pains and my IBS is always worse when I'm on my period. It can make me feel really ill and uncomfortable! Sometimes I put a hot water bottle on my stomach and it eases the cramps a bit! x

Thanx! Mynperiod finished on Monday and today I feel like I'm crampy In my lower stomach but i also have it in other parts of my tummy.
