I lost 4 stones of weight about 2 years ago but have put a little on but I have got to get it of again as per the doctor so going back on my diet.

Good job, I would like to do that too but hardly last a few months. You really don't look 23 stone in the first pic as I'm about that and I have a double and probably triple chin, also I'm wider and I'm 6.1 so not that short. You look healthier now and you seem to have cured your eyesight too
