Ah I'm So Glad this has been bumped to the Top of the page I'm Experiencing DP and DR ince the beginning of my anxiety episode and it really is hard to get good information on it on the net.... especially when it tells you have depersonalisation order and not that its an off shoot of your anxiety.
Ollie's post is really informative and easy to read and I hope a lot of members who suffer from it get as much knowledge from it as I did..
I only wish that it been bumped to the top 2 months ago when I had been experiencing it really bad.

I sat exams about 4 weeks ago. There were tell tail signs of the anxiety getting worse. In the last few weeks I have had to go to hospital with the shakes, go on propranolol after years off it, from relaxed and extrovert to stuck in my head and shaky panic attacks. Ive been getting this thing of feeling detached a lot. Scary, cause I haven't had it much before. Also ocd has thrown lots of new things/thoughts at me. Latest one is what if I'm not real/she isn't real etc..find it hard being social at the mo and dealing with life. Nice to know its normal and the brain functioning, when I get it in the morning think I'm going to end up in a loony bin!!!thanks for the post
