why do doctors label people

i find that doctor label people ,which makes me think that doctors do not understand,because the brains such a compelexed place,pat on the head all right go home take the tablets next please ,does any one else feel like this?

I think we all do Bish. My doctor's notes say suffer from Anxiety and Panic Attacks but there are so many different problems/symptoms/causes that they just put us under a general category.
