noisy tummy

Does anyone else get this ? i have it every day to some degree but it doesn't sound like the normal noises your stomach makes. It gurgles, rumbles, squeaks and sometimes it sounds like creaking floorboards
its really freaking me out !!! most of my other symptoms have improved apart from these bloody tummy noises and wind.
any help or advice would be really appreciated.

my stomach makes noises like that i put it down to ibs.

I would keep a food diary and see what aggrevates it most to be honest.

Sounds like wind ,Certain foods will aggravate it more .Look through the IBS page it shows a list of foods to avoid .Buscopan is good for IBS ,it can be bought over the counter and in Tescos .Sue x

Hi thanks for the replies. been keeping a food diary for ages and there are certain things that seem to aggravate it and then sometimes i can eat what i want with no problem. been taking buscopan since xmas and they've been a great help. can being anxious about the noises make them worse ? when i'me busy especially something physical they don't tend to be there but when i try to relax they seem to start. i get really tense waiting for it to start.

Mine makes the craziest noises ever sometimes it proper freaks me out i think it is just wind as i always have a lot of that and my stomach looks like am 9 months pregnant i no all people keep food diary's and find out that way but i don't do that anymore as i still couldn't find the things out b i no that chocolate bloats me and gives me really bad wind and the swollen stomach but i still blooming eat it lol but those noises are horrible but harmless x x
