Hi all for the past 2 weeks when ever I walk for a few minutes my right thigh muscle goes really weird and it feels Like someones pinching me or sticking pins in My leg! It's Like the muscle goes really tight! Add this tp my chest spasms I have been getting for2 years and I have been in tears all day convinced it's ms :(
Anyone else get this? X

It could be a trapped nerve.
I would go and see the doc if it is no better by next week.

Had this in episodes for 20 years tash.
It goes away for months and then starts up for days or weeks . My GP diagnosed irritation of sciatic nerve.
