    Feel like 30 going on 80

    I feel like an old man with these damn things, they make me feel so unfit, breathless, bloated and just rubbish.

    Anyone else feel like this?

    Sadly i can relate to what your saying. I have started to watch what i eat and exercise and i have noticed a little bit of a differance even though its only been " weeks. x
