Success Yet Again For Me

Hi All,

Went shopping in town with my mum today. We went by bus & i made it there without having a panic attack or feeling sick & managed to walk around town slowly with no probs, even venturing into a few shops that were quite busy.
Also made it back on the bus with mum okay, but it was more of a bumpy journey back as the driver seemed to find all the pot holes on the road (bless him) was like being on a fun fair ride.

I have also lost more weight this week to so im feeling pretty good (i know im going to look & feel alot better in my wedding dress)
