hi!! my names lisa i'm new to this site i'm so glad i found it because i doe feel like i'm the only one who suffers with anxiety!! which i hate i don't even want to go out because i have anxiety attacks and want to go back but i have been going to shop and going out as long as i can

just want me life back it would be nice to make friends who suffer with the samething and get though it together
