Why is it when I get comfortable with perception of reality it suddenly changes? Sometimes I feel like Im not really where I am, like the present is'nt the present? Like the past never realy happened!

hi there paul,dont you just hate bloody anxiety its suprissing what affect it can have on you.i know exactly what u mean i get this to and it drives me bonkers.its like im in my own little world.just try not to focus on it to hard(so hard i know)and it will pass.take care of yourself luv mooxXx
