Hi Guy's

Day 1

Today iv woke up good headed feeling as though i can do anythink iv been awake for 22 minute's and have'nt even checked my pulse yet its still early i no by now usually id have done it about 20 times only to find out it was 68 bpm ...

so imma use this site as my new self help treatment, i have woke up today feeling like im ready to take on my anxiety disorder its had to much of my time and peace of mind so here goes nothink wish me luck guy's ! Good Bye Anxiety !

Thanks guys you all can do it to iv been to the doctors every week for the past 7 month, convinced im dying ! but im still here
