    Hi, Im new to this site :)

    Hi, Im new to this site. ive been suffering with GAD and panic attacks for the past 5 months now. its all very scary. After numerous trips to the doctor, and many checks, I still cant get away from the worry :(
    Looking forward to feeling like my self again.
