Soo I needed a distraction one day so went on 4od and i came across this programme (links above) which focuses on young people, talking about how they live with their mental illness. It doesn't talk about anxiety exactly but it does mention eating disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ocd and schizophrenia. i thought i would link it here as i thought it might be interesting to watch for anyone who is generally interested in mental health like me!
