    Bach flower: Rock rose and sweet chestnut

    Hi

    Has anyone tried Rock Rose or Sweet Chestnut?
    Just wondered as i am going to try them.

    I tried them years ago, they were not much help to me but feel that if i tried them now they might be. Back then i was a total mess with anxiety not sure anything would of helped. I'm sure they will help you.
